On the 16th May 2016 Fay Hunkins-Walcott, the founder and managing director of Hunkins cHoice, will be attending the annual Social Work Compass Fair conference in Manchester. Fay has a long history in the social work profession both as a practitioner and trainer. She will be discussing with colleagues how she has transferred her social work knowledge and skills into the Hunkins cHoice ethos and practice. The aim is to maintain her relationship with the profession and its positive impact on practice for independent social workers.
Fay will also be using this opportunity to discuss how she has established Hunkins cHoice as the only specialist international training and mentoring service based in the West Midlands and to explain the continual professional development, practice teaching, supervision and mentoring services Hunkins cHoice can offer to individuals within the social work and mental health fields and organisations conscious about positive mental health and wellbeing.
This event is held at the Hilton Deansgate, Manchester and is a leading event for all social workers from Newly Qualified to Senior Practitioners as well as Commissioners and service providers.
Fay and Hunkins cHoice representatives will be available throughout the day on stand 4 which is near the main entrance and just across from the bar area.
